Before the show on Sunday night, Tricia and I finally went to Galactic Pizza for dinner. I’ve been talking about going there since it opened 2-3 years ago, but never made it. We finally decided to go on a Sunday night since we figured it wouldn’t be as busy.
Galactic Pizza is on 29th and Lyndale, food is delivered to your door by 100% electric vehicles, they offer vegan and vegetarian options for all pizzas, local produce, donates 5% to charity, and other operations that make a positive impact on the community and world. How can you not like a place like that?
