The Daily Gopher - An unofficial Minnesota Golden Gophers blog: The site just launched and it looks great, and should be the top place to get Gopher related news. Now they just need to get Hammy from the Gopher Hockey Blog to cover the hockey team and it will be perfect. The guys from Gopher Nation and Paging Jim Shikenjanski have football and basketball covered, but they need a good hockey guy. Oh, and get permission to use the real Gopher logo. This just looks silly.

twin city sidewalks: Why the PedalPub is Good for Minneapolis: I have to say I’m alarmed by this blog post detailing a possible crackdown on Minneapolis’s own PedalPub. Apparently, Minneapolis Real Estate Czar Lisa Goodman may be trying to squelch the PedalPub and its suprirsingly tolerant state statute.
